Małgorzata Babicz

An internationally recognized member of the elite Alternative Hair Show club, where she co-created alternative shows e.g. during a gala in Vienna, a grand gala at the Royal Albert Hall in London and virtually in 2021. At the invitation of the Open Academy International Vinokurov&Friends, she created shows and photo sessions for industry galas in Berlin and Vienna.

A leading Polish stylist and hairdressing educator. Already in the 80s she won the Polish Championship and since then she has consistently materialized her philosophy of hairdressing, the foundation of which is constant creation and self-improvement. Co-creator of an innovative educational platform for the hairdressing industry www.babiczonline.com. From 2021, she belongs to the international club Master Education Program Alternative Hair Show.

Paweł Babicz

A two-time winner of the Alternative Hair Show and the only winner in Poland of the prestigious International Visionary Award at the Royal Albert Hall in London. An internationally recognized stylist and trainer. Co-author of alternative shows and the Babicz collection. Co-creator of an innovative educational platform for the hairdressing industry, which today operates as www.babiczonline.com. Enthusiast of creation, for whom each styling is a unique story.

From 2021, he belongs to the international club Master Education Program Alternative Hair Show.

Ewa Babicz

A graduate of the Krakow University of Science and Technology, majoring in journalism/social communication.

After graduation, she worked for 3 years in one of the largest advertising agencies in Krakow, "City".

Then she joined the Babicz team, where she has been involved in marketing for 10 years and takes care of the image of the Babicz Salon and Academy, constantly introducing innovations.

From the beginning of 2023, she decided to share her knowledge and experience in the hairdressing industry with her own training "Basics of Social Media Marketing", which is very popular among our students.

Ewa did a great job as an educator, she conducts training with full commitment and passion, and constantly expands her skills.

Completed numerous courses and training in the field of: "Social Media for business", "Internet marketing in the hairdressing industry" and sales training.

Dariusz Zawilski

He has been an active instructor at the Babicz Academy for almost a quarter of a century, and for the last 25 years he has been constantly improving his competences as a hairdresser and stylist by participating in international seminars and training. By sharing his knowledge in the field of women's haircuts, he consistently professionalizes himself as an educator. In addition to craftsmanship, Dariusz has excellent teaching skills, improved on numerous courses in the field of pedagogy, psychology and communication. Since 2001, he runs own hairdressing salon.

Bartosz Stepien

Perfect, creative, dislikes schemes. He feels very comfortable with both women's and men's haircuts. The latter are for him a wonderful combination of taste and precision, a synthesis between proportion and accuracy. He likes to surprise his clients with innovative styling. At the Academy, he conducts training courses. They are a great opportunity for him to work together creatively.

Krzysztof Faber

He has been involved in hairdressing for over 15 years so it is undoubtedly not only his profession but also his passion. While dealing with both male and female haircuts, Krzysztof focuses on originality and functionality of hairstyle. Each customer is approached individually, precisely selects the right color and cut. Krzysztof often appeared as a stylist at fashion shows, photo sessions or metamorphoses organized by well-known magazines and magazines.

Jakub Brychcy

A graduate of the Babicz Styling Academy. Perfectionist in every way. Specializes in both women's and men's haircuts. His priority is the customer's well-being and satisfaction with the haircut both during and after the visit. He constantly expands his knowledge and skills. He draws his inspirations mainly from fashion magazines, blogs and architecture. After work, his passion is sport. As a trainer he does his best. He is incredibly patient and understanding. His mission is to make every student understand the smallest detail of the presented theories.

Tomasz Piwowarczyk

A graduate of the Babicz Academy, who has been pursuing his passion for hairdressing for almost 20 years. On an extensive path of self-development, he specialized in the field of colouring - today he is a professional trainer. Cheerful and goal-oriented, an advocate of constant development and exchange of experiences. For him, hairdressing is a process of searching for beauty and constant observation of people. In 2020, he proudly started cooperation with the Babicz Academy.

Ania Fucek

A student of the Babicz Academy. An ambitious participant of almost all training sessions, thanks to which she quickly gained knowledge and experience. Since 2019, an instructor at the Babicz Academy. Since childhood, she has deeply hidden her love for head styling, now, as a mature woman, she has fully responsibly entered a new path of self-development. Full of precision, determination and energy. Apart from hairdressing, she explores knowledge in the field of trichology.

Ewelina Jędrysiak

An intensive series of training courses at the Babicz Academy resulted in pleasant cooperation. Since 2017, Ewelina has been co-creating the Babicz brand, sharing her experience as a trainer. An advocate of progress in pursuit of perfection, she likes to devote time to detail. In the styling process, she is accompanied by artistry, which she has also been showing in her own hairdressing salon for 18 years. She has been associated with the Wella brand for many years.

Mateusz Gębala

Experienced artistic hairdresser. As a graduate of the Wella Professional Academy and a student of Gilnert Laferber, he gained solid foundations and is still striving to improve his skills. He has been conducting training as a Wella Professional freelancer for several years, sharing his knowledge and passion. Since 2023, he has been cooperating with Akademia Babicz as a hair coloring instructor. Its mission is to inspire and promote creativity in the world of hairdressing.

From an early age he was fascinated with hairdressing. The son of a famous hairdresser from Wrocław, from whom he inherited not only his skills, but also his love for the art of coloring and precise haircuts. Member of the Londa Artistic Team.
