National Training Fund - up to 100% financing
Information:
The National Training Fund was established from the Labour Fund to support lifelong learning of employers and employees. The main objective of the project is to prevent the loss of employment due to competences inadequate to the requirements of a dynamically changing economy. All enterprises that employ at least one person under an employment contract may benefit from financing training courses. The level of co-financing of the costs of education for microenterprises is 100% (up to a maximum of PLN 13,000 per person).
How to obtain a grant for training at the Babicz Academy?
Contact the Employment Office
Contact the District Employment Office responsible for Your company’s place of registration (list of offices) in order to verify the date of application calls and the availability of funds.
Download the application
Download a dofinancing application from the District Employment Office.
Select training courses
Contact the office of Akademia Babicz in order to select training courses for You and Your employees and to prepare a training offer for Your company.
Submit an application
Taking into account the dates of recruitment for KFS funds, submit an application for co-financing together with the offer of training courses to the District Employment Office.
Sign the contract
After the application is approved, sign a finance agreement with the District Employment Office.
Register for a training course
Register yourself and your employees for training at the Babicz Academy in accordance with the training offer attached to the application.

Development Services Database - 80% cofinanced
Information:
The Development Services Database is a platform created by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP) and contains a wide range of training and consulting services. This platform is designed to enable entrepreneurs to choose the most appropriate training courses for the needs of the company and its employees within the co-financing provided by the Project Operators. Micro, small and medium entrepreneurs and their employees, including the self-employed, may apply for reimbursement of costs incurred for training up to 80% of their value. DSD is a completely free tool.
How to obtain a grant for training at the Babicz Academy?
Download the application form
Contact the Project Operator responsible for your company’s place of incorporation (list of operators) and download the grant application.
Register
Register on the Development Services Database website.
Select a training course
Choose the training You are interested in from the offer of the Babicz Academy.
Submit an application
Submit a dofinancing application to the relevant Project Operator.
Sign the agreement
After approving the application, sign a finance agreement with the Project Operator.
Subscribe to the training
Subscribe to the Babicz Academy training course through the Development Services Database.

Support for the Unemployed
Information:
The unemployed may take advantage of various forms of support within the framework of public funds of Labour Offices designated for mitigating the effects of unemployment and professional activation. The unemployed and jobseekers may apply for a referral to a training course indicated by them. The cost of training cannot exceed 300% of the average salary.
In connection with the referral to training, the participant is entitled to it:
- Covering the costs of medical examinations by the office before the start of the training;
- Training scholarship – paid during the training period in the amount of 120% of the benefit amount;
- Compensation for personal accident insurance in connection with the training and on the way to and from the place of training;
How to obtain a grant for training at the Babicz Academy?
Download a referral
Contact the Job Centre where you are unemployed (list of Job Centres) and download a referral for individual training.
Book a place
Contact the Babicz Academy in order to choose a training course and book a place.
Submit an application
Apply for a training course at the Babicz Academy to the Employment Office.
Sign the contract
After the application has been approved by the Employment Agency, sign a contract for financing the training.
Sign up for training
Sign up for a booked training course at the Babicz Academy.
