The history of the brand dates back to 1987, when Małgorzata Babicz opened her first salon in her hometown – Kalwaria Zebrzydowska. To this day, the company remains a family tradition. International successes and many years of experience in the industry allowed Małgorzata and her son Paweł to create a unique team of the best specialists in their field. Apart from top-class female and male hairdressers, colorists, instructors and stylists also work under the Babicz brand name. Specialized in narrow fields of hairdressing craftsmanship, they enrich the everyday work of the entire company with their knowledge. Taking care of the company’s

development and continuous education, the Academy was established, whose task was and is to educate hairdressers and follow and implement global trends on the domestic market. Thanks to the specific specialization of our staff, our client always receives a comprehensive and personalized service. The online store offers a hairdressing assortment, tested and recommended by the Academy’s instructors and stylists, for professionals, amateurs and clients alike. Believing that hairdressing is an art, we want to prove to our clients that hairdressing and styling are specific tools to bring out the man’s temperament and rich personality.

Małgorzata Babicz

An internationally recognized member of the elite Alternative Hair Show club, where she co-created alternative shows e.g. during a gala in Vienna, a grand gala at the Royal Albert Hall in London and virtually in 2021. At the invitation of the Open Academy International Vinokurov&Friends, she created shows and photo sessions for industry galas in Berlin and Vienna.

A leading Polish stylist and hairdressing educator. Already in the 80s she won the Polish Championship and since then she has consistently materialized her philosophy of hairdressing, the foundation of which is constant creation and self-improvement. Co-creator of an innovative educational platform for the hairdressing industry www.babiczonline.com. From 2021, she belongs to the international club Master Education Program Alternative Hair Show.

Outside the Babicz Academy: Artistic director of the Wella Professionals studio and ambassador of the Sebastian Professional brand.

An internationally recognized stylist and trainer. Co-author of alternative shows and the Babicz collection. Co-creator of an innovative educational platform for the hairdressing industry, which today operates as www.babiczonline.com. Enthusiast of creation, for whom each styling is a unique story.
